#System Auditor

System auditor provides a detailed view of all activities performed within Policies for Microsoft 365 over a specified time range. To export audit data, click Export audits, select the desired date range, and the data will be saved as an Excel file. Additionally, you can click Set retention duration to configure how long Policies for Microsoft 365 retains audit records, with a maximum retention period of three years.
