    What’s New in this Release?

General Availability Date for the Commercial Environment: June 7, 2026

General Availability Date for the U.S. Government Environment: June 14, 2026

    • If you have an available subscription for Policies for Microsoft 365, you can now receive MyHub Teams chatbot notifications when you are assigned as the owner or administrator of teams, Microsoft 365 Groups, and site collections. You can accept or reject the ownership assignment directly in the MyHub Teams app or through Tasks and to-dos in the new MyHub experience.

    • You are now prompted with clear, contextual confirmation warnings when making high-impact access changes during renewals across all object types in the new MyHub interface. These warnings appear when you attempt to remove all access from a workspace or remove a designated primary or secondary contact, helping prevent irreversible loss of access or governance responsibility.

    • Users with Full Access permissions can no longer manage permissions for cloud or on-premises shared and resource mailboxes in Space. Only contacts can manage permissions for these mailbox types.
