General Availability Date for the U.S. Government Environment: June 14, 2026

The following features are in preview in the AvePoint Cloud Governance insider environment, and they will be available in the commercial and U.S. Government environments on the general availability dates.

• In the new MyHub experience, renewal task assignees can now review and modify a broader range of AI agent types during renewal processes, including Copilot Studio agents, SharePoint agents, modern Microsoft Foundry agents, and Microsoft 365 agents.

• Renewal task assignees can now review and modify desktop flow contacts, membership, and metadata during desktop flow renewal processes.

• In renewal processes for site collections, teams, Microsoft 365 Groups, and communities, the SharePoint permissions renewal step now clearly distinguishes group types, including security groups, mail-enabled security groups, Microsoft 365 Groups, and default and custom SharePoint groups.

The following updates have been made to this user guide for this release:

• Updated the Start Renewal section for Power Automate flows.

• Updated the What Can I Do as an AI Agent Contact or Owner section.
