#App Management Overview

In App management, tenant owners and service administrators configure and maintain app profiles and external application connections that AvePoint services use to access tenant environments.

The App Management area includes the following high-level functions:

• Manage App Profiles for Microsoft Tenants – Create, edit, and maintain Microsoft app profiles for supported services, and choose between default and custom app approaches.

• Manage App Profiles for Google Tenants – Configure and maintain Google app profiles for service access, including custom or default app methods.

• Manage App Profiles for Salesforce Tenants – Create Salesforce app profiles and re-authorize them when permissions or connection requirements change.

• Manage App Profiles for Amazon Tenants – Create and re-authorize Amazon app profiles used by AvePoint services.

• Manage Connections for SaaS Applications – Configure and manage connection profiles for Cloud Backup for SaaS Applications.
