Settings

    Use the following sections to configure general settings for Policies for Microsoft 365.

    • Filters – Configure filters to define the criteria used to identify the specific objects to which a policy or rule applies.

    • Defined Groups – Configure Defined Groups to define the criteria used to identify the specific users or groups to which a policy or rule applies.

    • Notifications – Configure notification settings and email templates for notifications sent by Policies for Microsoft 365.

    • Best Owner Configurations – Configure best owner settings used by the Site Owner Number Restriction rule to automatically identify and assign the most suitable workspace owner based on configured activities.
