#Control Ava Access

Ava is our AI-powered assistant designed to help admins and business users save time and simplify tasks. While full workflow actions and remediation capabilities are coming soon, Ava is already effective at providing answers, guidance, and relevant documentation to support your users today. With Ava, your team can quickly surface policy details, troubleshoot issues in plain language, and get step-by-step instructions without digging through manuals or support tickets—making problem-solving faster, easier, and more intuitive than ever.

Service administrators and customized administrators (Administration) can control whether to enable Ava for your tenant’s environment.

Navigate to Administration > Ava (AI assistant). By default, the Turn Ava on or off for your organization option is enabled. If you want to hide Ava in your tenant’s environment, turn off the toggle.
