    Use the Quick Start Wizard

    AvePoint Online Services provides a Quick start wizard to help you get started. To open the wizard, click the Quick start option on the left navigation pane. The Quick start wizard lists the following:

    1. Tenant – To get started with AvePoint Online Services, you must connect your tenant to this platform first. For additional details, refer to Connect Your Tenants to AvePoint Online Services.

    2. App profile – An app profile is required for AvePoint Online Services to connect your Microsoft/Google/Salesforce/Amazon environments. For additional details, refer to Manage App Profiles.

    3. Scan profile (optional) – To discover objects in your environments and scan these objects into AvePoint Online Services for management, you must configure scan profiles. For additional details, refer to Manage Scan Profiles.

      *Note: This step is necessary for services that support Auto discovery. If your organization lacks a subscription for such service, this step will not appear in the wizard.

    4. Users and groups – Add users/groups to AvePoint Online Services as Service Administrators or Tenant Users. You can also assign permissions for different services to Tenant Users. For additional details, refer to Manage Users.
